These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "General Terms") regulate the general obligations of the parties in relation to the rental of a vehicle between the company under the
, with registered office at Parikia, Paros, Tax ID No. , (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and
Customer
Reservations - Vehicle
The Company agrees to rent to the Customer a vehicle of the car group described in the online booking confirmation (hereinafter referred to as the "Vehicle") for the period specified in the booking confirmation. It is expressly agreed that reservations are always confirmed for a given
the vehicle for the class (Group) that the Customer has booked. The Company cannot guarantee a specific car or model. Any specific cars mentioned at the online booking process are simply typical examples of the size, specifications and performance applying to that car group.
The Vehicle shall be delivered to the Customer in good working condition, clean, and with a full tank of fuel, unless otherwise specified in the booking process.
The Customer is required to inspect the Vehicle upon collection and promptly report to the Company any damage or wear not documented in the relative vehicle delivery report.
Rental Period
Minimum rental duration is one (1) day.
Rates are calculated based on collection/return to the same rental location. Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis from the Vehicle pick-up time.
Pickup & Drop off
The Customer shall pick up and drop off the Vehicle at the location, date, and time specified in the booking confirmation.
Opening hours: 24/7
Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in writing by the Company prior to the expiration of the initial rental period.
Pick Up delay
If the Customer does not appear two (2) hours after the confirmed pick-up time and does not notify through phone any delay, the Company has the right to declare a no-show and not provide a car in case of arrival later. In any case, if the Customer's delay exceeds 3 hours, the Company is not bound by the online reservation.
No-show customers will be charged with the amount of three (3) days of the total rental or the maximum rental days if the duration is less than three (3) days.
Drop Off delay
There is a grace period of sixty (60) minutes at the drop-off time. Over sixty (60) minutes delay, the Customer will be charged an additional day.
Payment - Payment Methods - Deposit
The Customer must have settled the full rental payment prior to collecting the Vehicle at the designated pickup location. Partial or full online prepayment may be required in accordance
The following forms of payment are accepted:
⦁ Cash
⦁ Debit Card/Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.
A valid credit card in the name of the main driver (or the additional driver) must be presented as a guarantee for the rental. The Company may reserve an amount of up to 1,500 Euro
released after the end of the rental period if no damage/theft has occurred.
In the event that the Customer fails to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, the Company may refuse to release the Vehicle. In these instances, no funds pre-paid will be reimbursed.
Additional charges may apply for:
⦁ Late return of the Vehicle
⦁ Fuel refilling (if the Vehicle is not returned with a tank of the same quantity of fuel it had when collected)
⦁ Traffic or parking violations and tickets
⦁ Tolls or other road charges
⦁ Damage to the Vehicle not covered by insurance package
⦁ Cleaning fees (if the Vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition)
⦁ Additional drivers
⦁ One-way rental fee (if applicable)
Driver and License Requirements
Driver s minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 74 years.
Drivers must hold a valid driving license that permits them, in accordance with Greek and European legislation, to drive the booked Vehicle for a minimum of 1 year.
Drivers shall be able to present at pickup location a valid passport or ID, as additional proof of their identity.
Special Requests
Special Request items, (i.e. Baby/Child/Booster Seats, Navigation System, Roof Racks, Snow
availability and seasonal variation. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
State/Border Restrictions
The Vehicle is NOT permitted to be taken out of Greek territory.
One-way Rentals
One-way rentals are allowed between specific stations with an extra charge, as specified at the booking process.
Refunds
In case of an early return of the Vehicle, no credit will be given for the unused portion of the Rental Period.
Fuel Policy
The Vehicle shall be delivered to the Customer with a full tank of fuel, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Company and the Customer. The Customer must return the Vehicle with the same quantity of fuel it had when collected. In case the Vehicle is returned with a quantity of fuel less than the original (namely, less than the quantity of fuel the vehicle had when collected by the Customer), the Customer shall be charged with the fuel difference plus 20 as refueling fee. No refund is provided in case of the Vehicle returned with a quantity of fuel greater than that collected.
With the receipt of the key and the necessary documents of the Vehicle, the Customer becomes solely responsible for all risks related to the possession and use of the Vehicle which are not covered the insurance coverage of the Vehicle. In addition, the Customer hereby agrees that he/she is solely responsible for any administrative or other fines or penalties imposed as a result of any violation of the provisions of the traffic code or other regulations during the use of the Vehicle. The Customer shall be solely responsible for the timely and proper payment of such fines. In the event that he/she fails to meet this obligation, the Customer hereby consents to the transmission of his/her details to the competent authorities for the assessment of the fines directly to him/her. It is expressly agreed that in the event that the administrative penalty of removal of the Vehicle's number plates is imposed on the Customer, the Lessee shall be still obliged to pay the rental fee as well as compensation equal to the agreed daily rental rate for each day the license plates are withheld.
The Customer shall:
⦁ Present a valid driver's license and identification document at the time of Vehicle pick-up
⦁ Be at least 18 years of age
⦁ Use the Vehicle in accordance with its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
⦁ Comply with the manufacturer's instructions regarding the proper use and maintenance of the Vehicle
⦁ Not smoke inside the Vehicle
⦁ Not use the Vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, testing, or teaching
⦁ Not drive the Vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair driving ability
⦁ Not transport the Vehicle outside the country without prior written consent from the Company
⦁ Not transport animals
⦁ Not violate the loading and capacity limit
⦁ Not sublet or lend the Vehicle to any third party
⦁ Not transport more passengers than the Vehicle's capacity
⦁ Secure the Vehicle when not in use
⦁ Return the Vehicle to the Company in the same (internal and external) condition as it was when received by him/her
⦁ Notify the Company immediately of any accident, damage, or mechanical issue
⦁ Return the Vehicle with the same amount of fuel as at the time of pick-up
Theft Protection
Theft protection is included in the rental fee with excess. In case of theft or fire, the Customer shall report the incident immediately to the police and the Company and submit a copy of the police report, the rental agreement and the Vehicles keys to the rental location. Theft protection does not apply beyond the rental expiry date agreed with the pickup location.
Insurance
BASIC INSURANCE
Basic Insurance Coverage is included in the rental fee. Basic Insurance Coverage INCLUDES ONLY:
⦁ Third Party Insurance (against third parties -excluding the Customer- for death and bodily
injuries for third-
⦁ Unlimited Mileage
Basic Insurance Coverage DOES NOT INCLUDE:
⦁ Damages to tires, rims, or the undercarriage of the Vehicle
⦁ Damage to the windshield, glass parts and mirrors
⦁ Road Assistance (d)

SMART INSURANCE
Smart Insurance Coverage can be purchased by the Customer at an additional cost.
Smart Insurance Coverage INCLUDES those mentioned in the Basic Insurance Package and
also:
⦁ 500 Car Category A (Mini & Standard) Car Category B (Family, SUV & 7 Seaters), Car Category C (Special, Luxury, 9 Seaters).
⦁ Mirrors & Glasses Insurance
Smart Insurance Coverage DOES NOT INCLUDE:
⦁ Damages to Tyres
⦁ Roadside Assistance.
ALL INCLUSIVE
All Inclusive Insurance can be purchased by the Customer at an additional cost and
INCLUDES:
⦁ Full Collision Damage Waiver Protection
⦁ Third Party Insurance
⦁ Unlimited Mileage
⦁ Zero (0) Excess for all car categories (A, B& C)
⦁ Damages to tires, rims, or the undercarriage of the vehicle
⦁ Damage to the windshield, glass parts and mirrors
⦁ Road Assistance
Selecting Package A exempts the Customer from the requirement to pay a deposit.
Liability
The Customer shall be liable for any damage to the Vehicle not covered by the selected insurance package, up to the amount of the deductible specified in the booking confirmation.
Any insurance coverage shall be void if the damage is caused by: a) Violation of the terms of this Agreement and/or b) Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair driving ability and/or c) Unauthorized drivers d) Gross negligence or willful misconduct, and/or (e) violation of the road traffic code by the Customer/driver.
In the event that, during the term of booking period, any damage or loss occurs to the Vehicle, to the Company, or to any third party, for any reason or cause whatsoever, which is not covered by the General Terms, and regardless of whether such damage or loss was caused by the Customer
obliged to compensate the Company up to the amount corresponding to the total market value of the Vehicle at the time of the incident, unless the Customer has accepted an optional liability waiver/coverage in accordance with the General Terms herein.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the Vehicle.
Lost Keys
In the event of loss of keys, 250 is applied, covering the cost of the new keys and the relative administrative costs.
Vehicle Tracking
The Customer acknowledges that the vehicle has active GPS security which can track and
the Company will not process the location and movement data of the Vehicle except in the following cases:
⦁ In the event that the Customer fails to drop off the Vehicle more than one hour later than the scheduled time, or
⦁ In the event that the system or the Lessor detects damage to the GPS system or an attempt at tampering or illegal removal, or
⦁ In case of a detected breach of the terms of the rental agreement or in case of its termination,
The above-described data processing via the GPS system and the consequent collection of position and movement data of the Vehicle shall only take place under the above
protecting its assets from possible permanent destruction or loss.
In any case, the geological data shall be kept only for as long as necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company.
Cancellation
In case the Customer cancels the booking at least seven (7) days before pick up date, no cancellation fees are applied. In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup, the Company reserves the right to retain the advance payment.
Modification
for a vehicle modification. In the event of a vehicle modification, the Customer is required to pay the difference in value if the new vehicle exceeds the value of the originally booked one. No refunds will be issued by the Company if the new vehicle has a lower value than the previously reserved vehicle.
Data Protection
The Company shall process the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or connection with the rental of the Vehicle and the General Terms herein, shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement
Miscellaneous
If any provision of the General Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Company reserves the right to modify the General Terms at any time. The Customer shall be notified of any such modifications as soon as possible.
By completing the online booking process, the Customer acknowledges he/she has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions herein.
